Dan Kiessling was born and raised in Pullman. He spent his twenties traveling the west and working in Wyoming, Idaho, and Alaska. After living in Seattle for the better part of a decade, he returned to the Palouse in 2006.
Always keenly interested in art and making art, Dan received a bachelor of arts degree at WSU in 2009.
Dan says, "The ever changing beauty of the Palouse
inspires and directs much of my art - a dozen shades of
green in spring, to gold in summer, and cool blue and white
in winter."
